The first way to swap your FNB sim is at the nearest FNB ATM, located in different places.

1. Visit the nearest FNB ATM.
2. Insert your card.
3. Enter your identification number (PIN).
4. From the Main Menu, choose More Options.
5. Select FNB Connect, Prepaid & LOTTO.
6. Choose FNB Connect SIM Card Services.
7. Select Swap SIM.
8. Select the relevant SIM card for the SIM swap.
9. Enter the RICA number of your new SIM
10. Select Proceed.
11. Select Proceed to confirm SIM swap.
How To Swap Your FNB Connect SIM Online
You can also swap your FNB sim at the comfort of your home through FNB online banking service.
Here are steps to follow:
1. Visit the FNB website.
2. Enter your user name and password
3. Click login
4. Select My Bank Accounts.
5. Click the My SIM Cards option.
6. After clicking the option, your sim cards page will be displayed.
7. Select the sim card you would like to swap.
8. Select Swap next to SIM Swap.
9. Enter the 12-digit RICA number found on your SIM card.
10. Confirm the number.
11. Select Continue.
12. Enter the card number of the card linked to your account.
13. Enter the PIN for this card.
14. Select Continue.
15. You will be prompted to enter and confirm the 12-digit RICA number found on your new SIM.
16. Select Continue.
If you are replacing the sim card online, you can order it to be delivered to your address.
Otherwise, you have to pick it at FNB bank.
How To Replace First National Bank SIM Online
Here are steps you must follow to replace your FNB SIM online:
1. Visit the FNB website.
2. Enter your user name and password
3. Click login
4. Select My Bank Accounts.
5. Click the My SIM Cards option.
6. After clicking the option, your sim cards page will be displayed. Select the sim card you would like to swap.
7. Select Swap next to SIM Swap.
8. Select Order next to Order Replacement SIM.
9. Select the SIM type.
10. Enter in the delivery details where your replacement SIM should be delivered.
11. Select Order.
12. Confirm the SIM type by ticking the check box.
13. Select Confirm
14. Select Finish.
