My account was blocked since November 22, it’s now sorted after many emails and forms (fica) etc done, I’m living in the UK now which I have informed them. Their app doesn’t let me register my iPad with them so the app doesn’t let me transfer or anything, I have opened another acc in readiness of depositing my funds into from Fnb, I have emailed them to close or to put me on non resident acc but that’s ignored so far, I’m nit very tech savvy and find their app confusing, any help would be appreciated
